Roof Cassettes

One of the more recent innovations, has been to develop a long span cassette for the retail market, incorporating one way breather membrane, insulation and including both internal and external treatments factory installed to assist speed of installation, BKS can provide these currently with a “U” value as low as 0.18 w/m2k.
With dimension achieved to date of units 12000mm long and 2400mm wide and installed at the same time as the main frame your project will benefit from the greatly accelerated programme.
Internal treatments can be a traditional liner sheet, or a spruce board, or we can review your projects requirements, with either single ply membrane or standing seam to the outer side.

Wall Cassette

Also for the retail market initially, we have developed a larch clad panel up to 6000mm long to self span between project grids, again fully finished with the client choice of internal and external coverings, this fully insulated unit comes factory manufactured to speed on site, but achieving high quality factory assembly.

Floor Cassette

New for 2011, we have now developed floor cassette units to be used in conjunction with other products this year, being able to offer a high acoustic performance our cassettes can be developed for the individual project needs, dimensions will be dependant upon clear span requirements, but in conjunction with our other areas of structure a solution can and will be developed for your scheme.
